Scientist, Inventor, Academic Lecturer
A laureate of over 40 awards for innovative products implemented in rehabilitation, orthopedics, and podiatry. He holds more than 26 patents, inventions, and trademarks. As a lecturer and researcher, he has been working in the field of computerized diagnostics of human motor skills for over a decade.
His Medical Center has conducted tests for athletes from 21 National Teams and 3 Olympic Teams, including support for renowned athletes such as Kamil Stoch.
His company, KOORDYNACJA, has been a producer and distributor of rehabilitation and medical equipment from reputable Polish and international manufacturers for 15 years.
He is the creator of the project wkładki.online, through which approximately 100 clinics provide custom-made 3D orthopedic insoles for their patients.
Another company he leads, Prototyp24, focuses on building prototypes for others, following the motto: “Have an idea for a device but don't know how to implement it? We'll do it for you.”
He personally prototypes devices for various industries, from concept and 3D design to creating functional prototypes, preparing documentation, assisting with certification, and helping businesses implement tax incentives for innovation.

Her career encompasses developing effective marketing strategies, optimizing social media activities, and creating advanced digital solutions that have contributed to the success of numerous companies.
As an AI marketing specialist, she focuses on leveraging modern technologies to streamline marketing processes, blending traditional expertise with the latest industry trends. In addition to running her own business, she collaborates with the Institute of Economic Studies in Szczecin, where she actively participates in research and development projects as a marketing expert.
Her work centers on the challenges and opportunities artificial intelligence brings to contemporary marketing, emphasizing practical implementations and optimization strategies. By sharing her knowledge, she strives to support the growth of innovative solutions in the dynamically evolving business landscape.
Paweł Banachowicz
A graduate in philosophy from the University of Warsaw, specializing in the study of the impact of innovation and technology diffusion on society. He has extensive professional experience gained in organizations such as Deloitte, political parties, radio and television stations, as well as in the automotive and defense sectors.
He is the founder of companies operating in marketing, consulting, and IT, specializing in projects that combine business process optimization with automation and modern technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT). His work promotes the conscious implementation of technologies that not only streamline processes but also support the development of key competencies.
He co-founded FoxGym, an innovative startup that motivates users to perform exercises correctly and supports the rehabilitation process, combining technology with a scientific approach to training and health.
Maciej Biczak
A specialist in the field of biofeedback and auditory and musical training methods. He is actively involved in the popularization and education of these training methods. For many years, he has been conducting training sessions and advanced workshops across Poland for future trainers. He is also developing and creating methods that combine biofeedback training with auditory training.
Michał Karpiński
A sincere and open individual, the creator overseeing the development of HPM, a Polish company producing Easy Biofeedback devices used for active neurological brain training. He was the first in Poland to introduce virtual reality technology into Biofeedback systems. In both business and personal life, he is guided by an unconventional, by today's standards, principle of honesty.
