Management in non-stationary, primary and outpatient healthcare – modern models, quality and cooperation

Non-inpatient healthcare, including both primary healthcare (POZ) and outpatient specialist care (AOS), community and outpatient psychiatric treatment, and outpatient rehabilitation, forms the foundation of the modern healthcare system. It is in this segment that most healthcare services are provided, and decisions made at this level are crucial to the effectiveness of the entire system – including reducing hospitalisations, improving the quality of treatment and rationalising costs.

The conference aims to create a space for the exchange of experiences between healthcare managers, directors of medical facilities, representatives of local governments and public institutions, as well as experts in the field of management, quality and public health. Participants will discuss practical solutions for the organisation and financing of outpatient services, the integration of care and modern models for managing non-inpatient healthcare.
