MED: EXCHANGE — a conference for healthcare leaders | September 16, 2026, Warsaw Medical Expo
On the second day of the Warsaw Medical Expo 2026 trade fair in Nadarzyn, the MED: EXCHANGE conference will take place — an event dedicated to professionals responsible for organizing and managing healthcare: hospital directors and managers, managers of primary healthcare (POZ) and specialist outpatient clinics (AOS), as well as everyone who makes decisions shaping healthcare on a daily basis.
The conference is organized jointly by the Warsaw Branch of STOMOZ and the Polish Society of Medical Managers.
The program includes three main content blocks:
I. Current developments in healthcare
- an overview of upcoming legislative and systemic changes.
II. Two expert panel discussions:
- The role of hospitals, AOS and POZ clinics in the healthcare system — is redefinition needed?
- Healthcare investment in a changing system — how to invest safely?
III. Case studies and best practices
- specific AI implementations in medical facilities, patient registration, and improvements in medical practices. Solutions ready for adaptation.
Warsaw Medical Expo is the largest meeting platform for the medical industry in Poland. MED: EXCHANGE complements it with something that cannot be found at any stand: time for a conversation about what is really changing in the healthcare system.
